We remind you that if you had access to Scotiabank Online Banking, you should have received a letter indicating with your new credentials. To access your new Online Banking account you shouldneed to:

  • Enter the User ID you received on your mail in lowercase letters.
  • If you don't remember your username, select Forgot User ID and answer the questions to receive your username.
  • If you didn't have access to Scotiabank Online Banking, go to the option Not yet enrolled? Sign up and begin registeration.
  • If you’re your account is blocked, one of our agents will contact you.

Once you log in for the first time and access your accounts, we encourage you to change them. This temporary username will be available until 01/10/2021. After that period, you will have to register as a new customer.
